Description:

We have immediate openings for Customer Service Representatives. Duties include handling customer inquires, processing orders and routing calls to appropriate departments. The Customer Service Representative must have excellent communications skills coupled with a high attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements:

? High School diploma, or equivalent

? Must be able to type 30 WPM

Preferred Qualifications:

? Higher education degree completed or in process

? Strong oral and written communication skills

? Ability to work independently in a multi-division, fast paced environment

? Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Work, Access, and Outlook)

Pay:

$13-$15/hr
