Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in creating controls algorithms for our products.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and delegate tasks effectively.
• Work with the broader controls team to coordinate Model Based Design work.
• Develop, document, and refine controls algorithms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on requirements and implementation options.
  Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 10+ years' experience in controls, electronics, systems engineering, or software engineering.
  • Experience with Model Based Design processes and simulation of complex systems.
  • Prior experience leading a product development team is highly desired.
