Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Product Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technology team and manage the product engineering budget
Mentor staff and collaborate with stakeholders to align departmental strategies with company goals
Recruit, train, and supervise engineering managers while ensuring high product quality and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Proven track record in operational efficiency and technology leadership
Experience managing a departmental budget, with LEAN experience preferred
Demonstrated experience leading engineering organizations through strategic growth
Experience within SaaS organizations is required
Familiarity with managing onshore, offshore, and nearshore development resources
