Senior NetApp Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior NetApp Engineer to provide technical leadership and support for NetApp storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert-level remote technical support for NetApp ONTAP, E-Series, and StorageGRID technologies
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to NetApp systems
Develop and maintain technical documentation and mentor other support engineers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
10-15 years of hands-on experience with NetApp storage solutions and vendor support
Expert knowledge of NetApp ONTAP hardware and software features
Proficiency in SAN/NAS protocols, including iSCSI, FC, NFS, and SMB
NetApp Certified Data Administrator or equivalent certifications
