Director of DevOps Engineering

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of DevOps Engineering to lead their DevOps team and enhance infrastructure practices.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the adoption and optimization of cloud technologies aligned with business goals
Establish and maintain monitoring systems to ensure optimal visibility into system performance
Lead a DevOps team, fostering collaboration and strategic growth tied to business objectives

Required Qualifications

10+ years in DevOps, with 5+ years in leadership roles
Proficiency with AWS, Cloudflare, Terraform, Snowflake, and cloud-hosted solutions
Familiarity with security compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP
Experience managing teams in organizations with over 25 engineers
Strong foundation in software architecture and design patterns
