Your Role as a Project Structural Engineer

Conduct and review structural design calculations, drawings, and specifications
Prepare clear and detailed technical reports for project stakeholders
Ensure accuracy in project design and drafting and oversee reviews for efficiency and compliance
Manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasting to meet deadlines
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver exceptional outcomes
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and technicians
Perform field observations, respond to RFIs, and review submittals during construction



What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
5-10+ years of structural engineering experience, including concrete and steel design
Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain licensure
Proficiency in Revit, MS Office, and industry standards/codes
