Job Description:
Provide advanced troubleshooting of helpdesk tickets, minor
server maintenance, minor Active Directory changes, minor network
troubleshooting, problem resolution, hardware/software
installations, and support for the internal IT Helpdesk.

Experience: Ideally 5 years in IT helpdesk, 1 year with the full
Microsoft product line, and 1 year with VMware.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot advanced helpdesk tickets escalated from Support
Specialist I technicians.
Assist Server and Network Admins with infrastructure maintenance,
vendor support calls during outages, and managing print server
settings/new printers.
Modify Barracuda Suite for email protection based on trouble
tickets and SOC alerts; serve as the primary contact for SOC
alerts, coordinating with Support I and admins for resolution.
