Your expertise in Model Based Design and agile development processes will drive technology improvements and contribute to our company's goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in developing controls algorithms for our products.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and delegate tasks effectively.
• Work with the broader controls team to coordinate Model Based Design work.
• Develop, document, and refine controls algorithms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on requirements and implementation options.
• Identify and develop key intellectual property related to unique product functionality.
  Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 10+ years' experience in controls, electronics, systems engineering, or software engineering.
  • Experience with Model Based Design processes and modeling & simulation of complex systems.
  • Prior experience leading a product development team is highly desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of control system design, including classical control knowledge.
  • Demonstrated capability in controls algorithm development and documentation.

      LocationThis position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite per week) based out of Minneapolis, MN.
      CompensationTotal compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
