You'll Make in this RoleAs a R&D Commercialization Manager
within the Dental Solutions Business R&D laboratory, you will
have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate
with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the
world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Serve as process owner for Dental Solutions NPI Process,
coordinating project team, champion and leadership engagement from
hopper phase through commercialization.
- Business Project Pulse process administrator. Responsible for
optimizing system to suit business needs and cross-functional
training as needed to ensure use and compliance of the tool.
- Being an expert in the commercialization process and being
responsible for the documentation (e.g. Standard Operating
Procedures, Work Instructions, User Guides, etc.) that govern the
process
- Identifying, leading, and coordinating continuous improvement
opportunities for the R&D community around the
commercialization process
- Leads the implementation of resource planning tools ensuring
consistent use across the business and ensuring the validity of the
data entered.
- Leads critical business level R&D projects and
initiatives
- Serve as Dental Solutions point of contact with Solventum's
Central R&D Commercialization Excellence Organization and lead
implementation of new processes, tools, and training related to
Commercialization Office initiatives within the Dental Solutions
R&D Group.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in
this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the
following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an engineering or science
related discipline AND five (5) years of experience working in an
R&D or product development functionOR
- High school diploma/GED AND nine (9) years of experience
working in an R&D or product development functionAdditional
qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this
role include:
- Five (5) years of product commercialization experience in a
private, public, government or military environment
- Experience leading successful cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and creative
problem-solving skills
- Results oriented individual with strong process and execution
skills, exceptional sense-of-urgency that leads with high energy,
focus and passionWork location: Hybrid in Maplewood (at least two
(2) days per week)Travel: May include up to 10%
domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust
be legally authorized to work in country of employment without
sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B

To ensure competitive pay and benefits, Solventum regularly
benchmarks with other companies that are comparable in size and
scope. Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation
range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base
pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents
a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation
offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not
limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills,
work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be
eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision,
