Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager to support the
activation and execution of Global Affiliate Marketing
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing plan to align with
growth and revenue goals
Manage day-to-day team goals, prioritize tasks, and escalate
issues
Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and
optimize efforts across brands
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing Affiliate channels, preferably within
retail brands or agencies
Skilled in planning and executing performance-driven Affiliate
campaigns
Experience working in matrixed organizations, driving
cross-functional collaboration
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and
optimize performance
Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to navigate
ambiguity
