A company is looking for a Director, Customer Success to scale
and drive the operational effectiveness of their Customer Success
Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the customer success strategy in collaboration
with the Vice President, Customer Success
Develop and coach a high-performing customer success management
team
Drive the strategic roadmap for customer success management,
ensuring a consistent customer journey
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in leading Customer Success Management teams
in a SaaS environment
Deep understanding of Customer Success in an Enterprise Software
company
Proven track record of strong cross-functional collaboration
Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly
Desire to learn about assurance, advisory, and audit practices
