Tri-State Bobcat, a premier dealer of compact equipment, is growing and expanding! We are currently seeking a Director of Sales. Join a company where employees enjoy coming to work.Tri-State Bobcat is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead and manage our sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership presence and the ability to drive sales growth and market expansion. This role is crucial in overseeing sales operations, developing strategic initiatives, and fostering long-term customer relationships to help achieve company objectives. This position is located at our Burnsville store, M-F, 7:30-5, with great benefits, pay range of $120,000-170,000 based on qualifications, and a fun work environment.Essential Functions:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share within the sales territory.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the sales team and provide regular performance evaluations and feedback.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to drive sales growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and vendors to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and service department managers to ensure alignment in achieving company goals.Minimum Qualifications:
    • Proven experience (7+ years) in sales leadership roles.
    • Strong understanding of sales strategies, sales pipeline management, and customer relationship building.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Willingness to travel to Tri-State's other locations as needed.Position Benefits:
