Job Description:
A company is looking for a Leadership Org Dev Program Manager
responsible for enhancing leadership capabilities and promoting
employee development.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the organization to build the capability and capacity
of leaders and employees
Oversee needs assessments, design, implementation, and evaluation
of leadership development programs
Drive the organization's leadership and talent development
strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organization Development,
Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree preferred
Minimum four years of relevant experience in education/training,
management, or organizational learning
Experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of
results
Consulting and/or executive coaching experience preferred
