Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Engineering Manager
(Software).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for software
quality assurance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality goals and
integrate testing into the development lifecycle
Drive continuous improvements in test automation frameworks and
tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a
related field with 5+ years of experience in software quality
assurance
Proven experience with manual and automated testing strategies and
tools
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile
methodologies, and CI/CD processes
Experience with bug tracking and test management tools
Solid understanding of modern software architectures, including
microservices and cloud-based systems
