Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Tax Accounting and
Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day tax accounting tasks, including documentation of
deferred taxes and effective tax rate drivers
Prepare federal tax returns, estimated tax payments, and cash
forecasts
Compile and analyze quarterly and annual tax provision calculations
and disclosures for SEC filings
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of tax accounting and compliance experience, preferably
from a public accounting firm
Educational background in tax, with a preference for a Master's in
Taxation or CPA
Extensive knowledge of US tax principles
Experience with OneSource Tax Provision and ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
