Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to develop and
lead key client relationships for successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Engages with customers early to ensure satisfaction and meet
business objectives
Collaborates with sales and project teams to drive successful
project outcomes and maintain accurate documentation
Acts as a customer advocate to resolve issues and foster mutually
beneficial relationships
Required Qualifications
8-10+ years of experience in scoping, writing SOWs, and delivering
professional services
Competency in analytical problem solving and managing customer
relationships
Project management skills with oversight capabilities based on
territory size
Experience in IT service delivery and support
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
