Job Description:

A company is looking for a Risk Management Application (RMA) Lead to oversee the development and support of a team focused on enhancing data analytics and governance for the Veterans Health Administration.



Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the RMA development and support team while actively contributing as a hands-on developer
Manage and optimize data visualization and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making
Facilitate user feedback mechanisms to enhance RMA usability and functionality


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in application development using Power Apps, Power Platform, and SharePoint
Demonstrated programming and development expertise, particularly in application workflows and automation
Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and data analytics in application development
Proficiency in PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and PowerBI, with experience in developing low-code/no-code applications
