Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client expectations and maintain relationships to drive
customer satisfaction
Oversee the creation and management of standards and processes for
the Client Services team
Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Client
Service team and other departments
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years' experience in a Client Services setting, with
at least 3 years in a managerial role
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to support teams outside of standard working hours as
needed
Strategic thinker with strong operational excellence skills
