Team Collaboration:

In this role, collaboration is key. You'll work alongside a dedicated team of architects, interns, and technicians, fostering a spirit of teamwork to ensure all projects glide smoothly from conception to completion, staying on schedule and within budget. Your contribution will be instrumental in:

Masterfully balancing budget, schedule, and quality
Championing effective communication, ensuring quality control, and steering project delivery
Skillfully managing agreements, aligning project scope, and coordinating with project participants
Overseeing design services, aligning owner expectations, and synergizing with construction teams for project execution



Your Expertise:

This role is perfect for an architectural maestro with a blend of managerial prowess and hands-on skills.



We're looking for:

A rich history of 10+ years in commercial architecture, showcasing your growth and achievements
Professional architectural registration, strongly preferred
A track record of managing projects from the drawing board to the final brick, including experience with publicly bid projects
Proficiency in Revit,
A solid grasp of specifications
