  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, preferably in a Big Box store.
  • Management Skills: Strong management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team.

    • Competitive Salary: Starting salary range: $70,200 to $75,400 plus bonus annually.
