Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telephone Triage RN.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to incoming calls and assist patients with
standardized care and benefits navigation
Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine the appropriate
level of care and refer patients accordingly
Educate patients on recommendations and route them to additional
resources as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
Registered Nurse, licensed in a compact state with eligibility for
RN licensure in all 50 states
2+ years of experience in a triage setting or relevant experience
in emergency room or ambulatory care
Ability to work in PST Timezone
Experience in advanced clinical decision making with various
medical conditions
