  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust patient care plans.\n
  • Monitor and document residents' health status, including vital signs, medication administration, and overall progress.\n
  • Educate residents and their families on health conditions, care needs, and treatment options.\n
  • Respond to and manage acute and chronic conditions, ensuring timely interventions and care coordination.\n
