By supporting the Director of Health Services, they help oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with health regulations and quality care standards. They mentor and guide nursing staff, fostering a culture of growth and accountability. Their proactive approach to care coordination and problem-solving enhances resident well-being and promotes a positive living environment.--Schedule: 4 Days a Week8:30 AM- 4:30 PMNo weekends, No holidays.
