Hiring for the East Metro (Roseville, Stillwater, Forest Lake,

your patientsOur full-time Licensed Physical Therapist positions
are salaried-guaranteed!You may work full-time at either 32
hours/week or 40 hours/week, both are benefits eligibleCompensation
for this position is competitive and will be determined based on
factors such as experience, .8 or 1.0 status, and length of time
with the company and other considerations.Primary
Responsibilities:Provide Physical Therapy to home care patients and
case management when indicated. Provide timely and accurate
communication documentation relative to physical therapy services.
Provide clinical supervision for the Physical Therapy Assistant.
Promote and develop physical therapy services in
