Saint Therese of Woodbury holds a 5-star rating and is looking for
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our dedicated team! Since
2016, Saint Therese of Woodbury has been filled with social
vibrancy, distinctive living spaces and a continuum of care blended
to create a unique senior living experience. We offer 216
independent, assisted living and memory care apartments; and 56
skilled and transitional care units.
A Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for:
Providing direct care to residents under individual plans of care,
administering care and medications per doctor's orders.
Administer medications and/or treatment in accordance with
physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
Document resident care using charting software.
Notify Nurse Manager, attending physicians, and family members of
significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow-up
action, as necessary.
Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide guidance to NARs,
Display a positive attitude and respect for all residents,
families, and staff.
Positions available in skilled and transitional care units include
working every other weekend and every other holiday:
6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (16 hours per two-week pay period)
2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. (32 hours per two-week pay period)
2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. (64 hours per two-week pay period)
10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. (32 hours per two-week pay period)
Qualifications:
Degree obtained from an accredited nursing program.
Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and
have a current MN LPN license.
Minimum of one-year previous experience as a nurse preferred but
not required.
Special knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
skills
Proven history of good judgement and integrity
High level of commitment to compassionate customer service
Ability to meet the physical demands of position, including lifting
over 50 lbs. while transferring a resident.

Pay Range: $31.09 - $42.19/hour depending on experience
