Responsibilities/Job Description:Fairview Health Services is hiring a Surgical Technologist for the Operating Room at our M Health Fairview, Woodwinds in Woodbury, MN.Were offering an up to $10,000 sign-on bonus along with a generous relocation bonus up to $5,000!As a Surgical Technologist, youll assist in surgical procedures by preparing the operating room, arranging, and passing instruments to surgeons, and ensuring a sterile environment under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Youll play a crucial role in supporting the surgical team and maintaining the safety and efficiency of the operating room.Schedule: This position will be working 1.0 FTE (80 hours every two weeks). The shift length will be 8 hours on the day/evening shifts. This position does have on call requirements. Call requirements are above FTE.This position has a 30-minute call time (onsite call room available as well).About our OR at Woodwinds:We perform approximately 2,000 total joints a year including sophisticated revisions in our 6 innovative Operating Rooms and 1 Procedure Room. We average 15 - 25 cases per day.Our specialties include, but are not limited to, Orthopedics, General, Gynecology, Neuro/spine, Podiatry, Orthopedic Spine, Urology, Vascular, and ENT.Woodwinds has 82 beds in total so if you are looking for a small, community hospital, this is the perfect position for you!
