Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Therapist to provide a wide range of preventive and restorative dental services. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and the chance to make a positive impact on the oral health of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide restorative treatments such as fillings, SSC crowns, pediatric extractions and pulpotomies/pulpectomies within the scope of practice.
Perform preventive dental procedures, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide guidance for improving oral health.
Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to develop patient treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with clinic policies.
Stay current with continuing education and training in dentistry

Qualifications:

Dental Therapist license in Minnesota
Must be comfortable providing care to children.
Experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of dental procedures, radiology, and dental materials.
Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 - 37.5 per week
