Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to provide
strategic HR support and enhance organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing HR insights
and recommendations
Support employee relations by coaching leaders and resolving
employee issues
Collaborate on talent management efforts, including onboarding and
succession planning
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in a Business Partner role supporting
multiple leaders
Experience working with Union and represented populations
preferred
Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies for compliance
Experience in the Fiber or Telecom industry preferred
Proven ability to maintain organizational culture and employee
engagement
