Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Rails).
Key Responsibilities
Build new features and maintain the existing application to enhance
incident response and alerting
Participate in engineering ceremonies, code reviews, and customer
feedback sessions for continuous improvement
Respond to critical production issues and champion engineering best
practices across the organization
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of backend software development experience with Go, Ruby
on Rails, and/or React
Proven track record of delivering projects on time in a
remote/hybrid setting
Self-starter capable of tackling challenging problems
effectively
Passion for writing maintainable code and improving code
quality
Customer-focused with a desire to learn about the product and end
users
