Job Description:
A company is looking for a Field Services Scheduler Specialist
to organize and schedule field technicians for customer service
appointments.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and schedule technician assignments based on customer
requests and service requirements
Track and monitor the progress of service appointments, adjusting
schedules as needed
Generate and review reports on technician performance and customer
satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in scheduling, dispatch,
or customer service roles
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience with scheduling software or field service management
systems is preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is
required
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
effectively
