Seven years' experience as an object-oriented framework Java developer.
Five years' experience developing in NoSQL database technology of MarkLogic XQuery.
Three years' experience with Microsoft SQL Server and writing T-SQL code.
Experience working in a disparate environment (understanding how environments interact and pass data between systems).
Experience using HTML/CSS.
JavaScript
Unit test experience (JUnit/NUnit).
Strong communication skills sufficient to clearly communicate highly technical concepts, and to introduce new technological tools or methods.
Firm grasp on source control concepts and practical experience using GitLab.
SOAP/REST Web Services.
Familiarity with criminal history record information workflow and business logic.
Experience with integration, connectivity, performance, and optimization of a critical priority one system.
