SIGNIFICANT INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

Perform calibrations, carry out preventative maintenance, and similar instrumentation upkeep activities for Automated Biomarker & Cell Signaling Assay Systems:

*** Cell Sorting
*** Detection Antibodies Application
*** Electrochemiluminescent Labeling & Reading
*** Buffer Reading
*** Microplate Auto Loaders

System Components:

*** Micro Plates
*** Plate Electrodes
*** CCD Camera
*** Lens Systems
*** Motion Cotrollers
*** Bar Code Readers
*** Sample Stackers
*** Micropumps and Fluid Controls
*** Power Supplies
*** Central Processing Boards & Data Comm Boards
*** Control Interfaces, CPU and Displays

*** Troubleshoot and repair instruments and related components.

*** Modernize, upgrade, and convert customer's existing equipment.

*** Resolve customer issues and invoice services provided.

*** Address requests for spare parts.

*** Leverage customer feedback and market knowledge to identify new business opportunities.

*** Support development of training materials and instrument operation manuals.
