Job Description:

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their Legal Team.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and review complex contracts for products and services
Support business stakeholders and provide guidance on contract interpretation
Assess and minimize legal risks while driving legal strategy and compliance

Required Qualifications and Education

Minimum 3 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
License to practice law in Massachusetts or another US state
Strong experience in software technology and cloud services in healthcare
Familiarity with state and federal health and privacy regulations
Ability to provide timely legal advice to cross-functional teams
