Job Description:

2026 Team Minnesota/USA Games Administration Coordinator plays a
crucial role in facilitating and organizing various essential
administrative and operational responsibilities pertaining
specifically to Team Minnesota as they prepare for the upcoming
event. This encompasses a wide range of activities, including
managing the registration process and maintaining accurate data
records, coordinating timelines and scheduled events for all
participants involved, and offering support to the committee by
fulfilling various administrative requirements as needed. It's
important to note that this position is temporary, with an
anticipated conclusion date set for July 15, 2026, marking the end
of its responsibilities once the games are completed.Reports to:
Vice President of Sports, Health and Schools.Position
Responsibilities:Provide a full range of administrative support
that includes but is not limited to management of registration,
data entry and preparation of reports.Work with Team MN Committee
on administrative, scheduling and communication tasks.Update and
input all required registration forms and data into proper
database.Coordinate and communicate scheduling of meetings,
interviews, and attendance at special events for applicants and
participants of Team MN.Attend all meetings related to job
responsibilities and duties.Collaborate with supervisor and Team MN
Committee clearly and effectively.Performs other related duties as
assigned by management.Working Environments:Work location: Hybrid -
In-office and non-office settings will vary week to week depending
on schedule and events, typically not to exceed 50% of most
weeks.Outdoor events - May include work in cold or warm
temperatures, which may require appropriate clothing and/or other
protection to maintain health and safety. Some work may occur in
winter conditions and will require accommodation for cold, snow and
ice.Noise - Music and/or other entertainment at some events; sports
events with large crowds; school events with the full student body
(e.g. pep rallies); etc.Travel - Required for meetings and events,
typically 5-10% of total time in a week, with 0-5% being more
common. Travel may be statewide, but more commonly will be within
the Twin Cities metro area.Physical demands - Sitting; standing;
transporting supplies, materials and equipment by use of carts,

qualifications:Associate's degree in administration, communication,
or related field or equivalent work experience.Must be able to

tools and navigating platforms.Experience with data entryStrong
organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to
manage priorities and workflow.Versatility, flexibility and a
willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with
enthusiasm.Acute attention to detail.Good judgment with the ability
to make timely and sound decisions.Experience organizing small- to
