Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Care Representative II to
handle patient interactions and account management.
Key Responsibilities
Make and receive calls to resolve patient issues and secure payment
arrangements
Document patient complaints and manage tasks through Oracle and
other systems
Provide customer service support, including satisfaction surveys
and technical assistance
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of customer service or 2-4 years of medical collections
experience preferred
Comprehensive understanding of patient benefits and insurance
processes
Strong performance in cash collections and decision-making
abilities
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Some college preferred but will consider relevant experience
