DOCUMENATION SPECIALIST to join our team! An ideal candidate is a

supported. The QUALITY DOCUMENATION SPECIALIST will perform a
review of documents for accuracy, collect supporting documentation,
and creation of certification packets. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include but not limited to: Prepare certification packets,
certificate of conformance (C of C), filing, scanning,
photocopying, collating, and faxing for internal and external
customers. Collect and prepare supporting documentation. Review
documents for accuracy and completeness. Enter and update
information in our system. Reach out to internal resources to
verify information as needed. Participates in training on issues
affecting own area of work. Notifies supervisor of compliance
questions or issues. Provides additional support and assistance on
tasks and projects as directed by management. Responsible to
conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable)
conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission,
values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or GED required.Associate
degree or equivalent and one-year of related office or shipping
experience is preferred. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIESKnowledgeable of
the different types of shipping services and options.Listening,
verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task,
prioritize and adapt to shifting priorities.Problem solving and
decision-making skills and the ability to think independently. Must
be able to work in other areas within the shop on an as needed
basis.Must have organizational skills and attention to
detail.Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and
PowerPoint.Show initiative in work by being a self-starter,
suggesting new ideas for completing a job, giving input as to how
to improve the efficiency of a job, and organizing work time in
