We offer complete Grounds Care for both summer and winter seasons for HOA's/Apartments/Commercial Properties, along with Landscaping, Irrigation and Lawn Applications as well as deck building, maintenance, remodeling, siding, and roofing.

Responsibilities:
The Landscape Crew Leader is responsible for the overall direction of project/job-site working with and reporting to the Landscape Supervisor. Duties include staging materials, planting, hardscapes, irrigation, flowers, mulch, rock, sod, seed etc. Attention to detail and multitasking is a quality that is needed for this position. The Landscape Crew Leader is a key component of our ability to sell and install additional landscaping within our portfolio of work. Valid Driver's License and Truck/Trailer experience is required.Salary position is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications:
--- Valid driver's license
--- Possess or ability to obtain Department of Transportation Health Card
--- Organized and detailed to complete services in professional manner
--- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and operate equipment in sitting position for up to 8/hrs/time
--- Ability to safely operate truck and landscape trailer
--- Positive attitude, hard working and organized individual to work safely in a team environment
--- Ability to lead crew of two to five people
--- Ability to work with all levels of employees
--- 3 years landscape experience in a Crew Leader setting including all aspects of hardscape, boulders, water features, plant knowledge, bed prep, sod, seed
--- Snow removal experience
