Job Description:
A company is looking for a CRM Operations Specialist to manage
and improve CRM processes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain data management schedules and perform investigations on
data sources
Track and QA data enrichment batches, ensuring accuracy and
updates
Prepare data for CRM import and maintain CRM cleanliness by
managing duplicates and refining information
Required Qualifications
Experience working in a fitness studio with knowledge of studio
software
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced
functions
1-2 years of experience in a role focused on spreadsheet and CRM
tasks
Strong understanding of Hubspot or Salesforce
BA/BS degree preferred but not required
