Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Retention Specialist to
enhance patient retention and conversion strategies in a remote
clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the clinical team to improve digital care delivery
and develop patient retention strategies
Engage with patients to address concerns and reinforce program
benefits through targeted outreach
Utilize motivational interviewing to help patients overcome
barriers to participation in the rehabilitation program
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1+ years of relevant clinical experience as an Exercise
Physiologist in Cardiopulmonary Rehab
Strong proficiency with mobile technology and troubleshooting for
digital health programs
Proficiency in Excel for data tracking
Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology; Master's Degree
preferred
ACSM-CEP certification preferred
