Position / Specialty: Echo Tech
Shift: 5x8 Days - 7:30a-4p
Years Experience Req: 5
Daily Caseload per tech: Department scans 75-100 inpatient and outpatient echoes per day.
First-timers accepted: No.
Weekend REQ: May work weekends if needed.
Is on-call REQ? Possible occasional call may be included.
Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? Yes.
Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No.
Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes- Thursday - Sunday
Locals accepted: Yes - no radius.
Pending State License accepted: Yes.
RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.
Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Aya Candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay Aya for such cancelled time. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours.
Special Requirements: Certifications/Licenses: BLS and RDCS - Adults Required. RDCS-Peds Preferred. Work Setting Experience: Inpatient and ER required. Outpatient, Teaching hospital, PICU, Neonate, and NICU preferred. General Skills Experience: Portables and Syngo Required. IV Starts, PACS, and Biopsies preferred.
Echo Procedure Experience Required: 3/D Echo, Bubble Study, Contrast Agents, M-Mode, Pharm Stress Echos, RIT/RVOT, TEE, and Treadmill Stress Echos. Equipment/Scanner Experience Preferred: Siemens and Phillips.
