Job Description:
A company is looking for an ITS Supervisor responsible for
overseeing the Enterprise Systems team and managing IT
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the activities of the Enterprise
Systems team
Mentor and supervise team members while providing technical
expertise
Collaborate with department managers to ensure communication and
meet team needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science,
information technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in information systems or project
management, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies, such as Agile or
Waterfall
Proficiency with MS Office products
Prior experience in the insurance industry and project management
preferred but not required
