We're looking for a creative individual who can work both independently and collaboratively, and who is eager to pursue a path toward becoming a licensed Architect.

• Assist the Project Architect throughout all phases of a project
• Work with our internal project team and engineering consultants to complete design, construction documents, bidding/negotiation, contract administration, and project close-outRequirements:
  • Effectively juggle a variety of responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on organization and follow-up skills.
  • Collaborate efficiently in a team environment and work independently with supervision from our design staff.
  • Possess great interpersonal skills (listening, diplomacy, responsiveness).
  • Professionally communicate with the design team, clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have a professional work ethic.
  • Be capable of independent thinking and possess creative abilities.Education:
    • Professional Degree in Architecture from an accredited school.Experience:
      • Previous experience working within an architectural firm preferred.
      • Knowledge of architecture and design concepts, best practices, and methods.
      • High level of creativity, innovative thinking, and problem solving.
      • Experience in Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Twinmotion, Enscape, and/or a similar rendering software.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
