Utilizes knowledge of electrical materials, engineering practices, and mathematics to complete drawings. Typically has a high school diploma or GED. Education/Experience high school diploma or GED required. Entry level 5 years experience required Responsibility level Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor Skills: Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability (Required), Team player and detail oriented (Required)?Basic knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models (Typically required)?Basic knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology (Typically required)?Basic knowledge of relevant computer application, such as CADD CREO 7 (Computer Aided Design and Drafting; Typically required) Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Develop detailed design drawings and specifications using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment? Coordinate with and consult other workers to design, layout, or detail components and systems and to document electrical drawing changes.
