Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Team Manager to oversee
staff insurance processes and manage the imaging and configuration
of computer devices within the Comcast region. This role requires
providing hardware and software support, ensuring seamless
operations, and fostering a collaborative and efficient team
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team responsible for staff insurance processes
and IT device imaging.
Provide first-line telephone technical support for hardware and
software systems, ensuring timely troubleshooting and issue
resolution.
Configure and customize computer systems (Windows and iOS devices)
to meet organizational standards and needs.
Respond to basic inquiries about the installation, operation, and
usage of devices and software.
Maintain organized documentation and reporting to track support
tickets and resolutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members,
ensuring clarity and collaboration.
Act as a self-starter to identify opportunities for process
improvements and operational efficiency.
Must-Have Skills:
Exceptional troubleshooting abilities.
Proficiency in configuring computers and software systems.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proactive, self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of
initiative.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and
prioritize responsibilities.
Experience in providing technical support for both hardware and
software systems.
Familiarity with Windows and iOS devices, including installation
and configuration.
Warm and responsive interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
positive relationships across teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.
