About the Opportunity: Job Title: Toolmaker Pay Rate Range:$26-40/Hour Location:Forest Lake, MN Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM Position Type:Direct HireToolmaker Requirements and Qualifications:

• 2 years mold making experience in a tool shop environment, preferred.
• 2 years technical or trade school degree with an emphasis on tool making or equivalent experience, preferred.
• Understanding of blueprint reading and mold and/or component manufacturing.
• Valid identification and the ability to work legally in the United States, required.
• Lifting 40lbs.
• Standing for long durations of time.
• Use hands and fingers to operate hand tools.Toolmaker Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build and repair molds to customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot problems with a mold and arrive with an action plan to correct the problem in a reasonable amount of time.
• Schedule and manage work in other departments as required.
• Operate all necessary equipment in a safe manner with little or no supervision.
• Wear safety equipment that is relevant to the position, job being performed, or equipment being used.
• Work cooperatively with all employees.
• Take responsibility to see jobs are completed when due.
