Join us today, and experience a career well lived.Join Us as a Behavior Therapist/Technician providing 1:1 center based Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy to children with Autism and related conditions!Consistent Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, no evenings or weekends or holidays.Competitive Pay & Benefits: $18-$21/hour, eligibility for $1 increase at 6 months of employment, health/dental/vision benefits, pet insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and paid holidays off for 32+ hours/week.Instant Pay: Get paid within 24 hours of your shift with Dayforce Wallet.Career Growth: Opportunities for development and advancement in a nationwide organization.Rewarding Impact: Make a difference in the lives of children with Autism and work alongside a supportive team.Qualifications and Education RequirementsApplicants must meet ONE (either Level I or Level II) of the following EIDBI Level qualifications for education and/or experience:Level 2:(must meet one of the criteria below; pay range of $18-$19 an hour)Enrolled in OR hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in behavioral health, child development or related fields (mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy)Hold an associate's degree from an accredited institution in behavioral health, child development or related fields (mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy) and at least 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience (including but not limited to experience as a DSP, PCA, Paraprofessional)Possess a high school diploma (or GED) and have 4,000 hours of supervised clinical experience (equivalent to 2 years of full-time experience, including but not limited to experience as a DSP, PCA, Paraprofessional )Fluent in a non-English speaking language or certified by a tribal nationORLevel 1:(must meet one of the criteria below; pay range of $20-$21 an hour)Currently enrolled in a graduate program in a mental health discipline or hold a master's degree in a mental health fieldHold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in behavioral health, child development or related fields and have 6,000 hours of clinical experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis servicesChildren with Autism have a variety of developmental, learning, physical and emotional needs.
