Requirements:Applicants must meet ONE (either Level I or Level II)
of the following qualifications for education and/or
experience:Level 1: (must meet one of the criteria below; pay range
of $20-$21 an hour)Currently enrolled in a graduate program in a
mental health discipline or hold a master's degree in a mental
health fieldHold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
in behavioral health, child development or related fields and have
6,000 hours of clinical experience delivering Applied Behavior
Analysis servicesORLevel 2:(must meet one of the criteria below;
pay range of $18-$19 an hour)Enrolled in OR hold a bachelor's
degree from an accredited institution in behavioral health, child
development or related fields (mental health, special education,
social work, psychology, speech pathology, occupational
therapy)Hold an associate's degree from an accredited institution
in behavioral health, child development or related fields (mental
health, special education, social work, psychology, speech
pathology, occupational therapy) and at least 2,000 hours of
supervised clinical experience (including but not limited to
experience as a DSP, PCA, Paraprofessional)Possess a high school
diploma (or GED) and have 4,000 hours of supervised clinical
experience (equivalent to 2 years of full-time experience,
including but not limited to experience as a DSP, PCA,
Paraprofessional)Fluent in a non-English speaking language or
certified by a tribal nationChildren with Autism have a variety of
developmental, learning, physical and emotional needs. As a
Behavior/Mental Health Technician, you will work closely with our
clinical team to achieve the following:Run therapeutic and
behavioral plans, and provide early intervention to increase social
and self-management skillsProvide guidance on a range of
developmental goals from communication, exercise and nutrition and
academic skills to assist with school readinessSupport individuals
with learning and maintaining personal skills such as: hygiene,
grooming and/or toiletingTeach and model interpersonal and social
skills to help individuals thrive in their communitiesProvide
assistance using strategies to properly manage and redirect
