This senior leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and operational excellence while managing a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects in the Rochester area.Job Duties

• Provide strategic leadership for all construction operations and project management
• Drive business development and maintain key client relationships
• Oversee project execution from pre-construction through completion
• Lead and develop high-performing project teams
• Manage project financials, budgets and resource allocation
• Ensure quality, safety and schedule requirements are met
• Balance operational and sales responsibilities
• Maintain 15-20 concurrent projects ranging from $2-15M
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Mentor and develop staffQualifications
  • 10+ years of construction/project management leadership experience required
  • Proven track record in construction sales and business development
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Experience managing large-scale commercial projects ($2M-15M range)
  • Background in design-build delivery methods preferred
  • Knowledge of pre-engineered steel and various construction types
  • Ability to relocate to Rochester area (relocation assistance provided)Desired Traits
