Electrical Engineer
Salary: $100K-$130K (salary depends on experience)
Location: Minneapolis, MN (or surrounding areas)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems and components, ensuring they meet necessary standards and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems for substations, transmission lines, and distribution networks.
• Conduct detailed analysis and simulations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain single line diagrams and low voltage power distribution designs.
• Collaborate with utility providers to align projects with their requirements and standards.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems and provide technical support during the process.
• Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for project stakeholders.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering, particularly in utilities and power distribution.
  • Familiarity with substation, transmission, and distribution systems.
  • Experience with low voltage and medium voltage power distribution.
  • Knowledge of transmission line design and low voltage systems.Benefits
