• Partner with stakeholders to design and implement cloud-based solutions that address enterprise needs
• Lead migration efforts to transition 70% of on-premise workloads to Microsoft Azure
• Develop and execute project plans using Agile methodologies to meet technical and business objectives
• Provide technical expertise for system design, performance optimization, and problem resolution under tight time constraints
• Create documentation, design artifacts, and presentations using tools like Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Act as a trusted advisor, presenting complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership
• Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines for secure system design
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to empower teams with cloud capabilitiesQualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture roles with multiple engagements
• Expertise in Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile project management tools
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Advanced troubleshooting skills with a proactive, analytical mindset
• Effective customer service and stakeholder management abilitiesEssential skills
• Experience designing enterprise cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Deep understanding of cloud security models and shared responsibility principles
• Familiarity with cloud monitoring and alerting tools such as Azure Monitor or SolarWinds
• Expertise in cloud migration planning, design, and execution for enterprise-scale organizations
• Hands-on experience scripting with Python, PowerShell, or similar tools
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, or Azure Bicep
• Knowledge of cloud governance and compliance best practicesDesired skills
• Background in implementing DevOps practices and automating workflows
• Proficiency in Infrastructure Configuration Solutions such as Azure Automation, Puppet, or Chef
• Demonstrated success in designing secure and scalable cloud architecturesExperience
• Demonstrated history of leading complex cloud initiatives across industries
• Hands-on experience architecting solutions in a hybrid and multi-cloud environmentBenefitsTrissential offers a competitive compensation package for full-time roles. The pay range for this role is $122,000 to $133,000 annually depending on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
